Paul Weller

Paul Weller, PE, AICP, currently serves as Planning Manager at PACE Engineers, Inc. since February 2015, focusing on demand forecasting for utility systems and civil engineering processes related to water, sewer, and stormwater planning and design. Previously, Paul held roles as Senior Planner at DOWL and Civil Engineer/Land Use Planner, where responsibilities included site plan production and budget preparation for large-scale projects. Earlier experience includes project management for public construction projects at Murray, Smith & Associates, and comprehensive planning for water and sewer systems at Roth Hill, LLC. Education includes a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington, a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
