Chief Representative at Pacific Environment

Deng Ping serves as the Chief Representative and China program consultant for Pacific Environment since September 2015, focusing on empowering grassroots organizations in environmental movements across China. Additionally, Deng has held the position of Professional Fellow at the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations since April 2017 and was a Senior Campaigner for Climate Change & Energy at Greenpeace from April 2012 to September 2015. Prior experience includes working as a CDM & Sustainability Consultant at Caspervandertak Consulting, where Deng completed 13 site validations for over 20 projects, conducting financial and technical assessments in regions such as Sichuan, Chongqing, Gansu, and Hunan as well as in Oman. Deng Ping obtained a degree from China Agricultural University between 2001 and 2007.
