Venus started their career in 2004 as Business Development and Sales, Project Management, and Marketing at epcSolutions, Inc. where they managed the implementation of RFID initiatives for high-profile companies. Venus then worked at Buckingham County Schools as the 21st Century Learning Center - Art Instructor, providing art instruction to K-3rd grade children. In 2011, Venus joined NIH Research as the Director of Project Management - Research Consultant - Lead Generation, specializing in prospect data for technology vendors in the healthcare industry.

From 2019 to present, Venus has held positions at various companies. Venus served as the Director - Regional Manager at LegalShield and is currently the Sales Operation Manager and Business Development Executive at Martal Group. Venus is responsible for managing the creation of an outstanding customer experience, generating and retaining revenue, and cultivating strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
