Kolja Oeser

Kolja Oeser has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2012, they started as a Tutor in Applied and Molecular Microbiology at Technische Universität Berlin. Kolja later worked as a Research Intern at the Berlin-Brandenburger Centrum für Regenerative Therapien (BCRT) from October 2012 to March 2013, and as a Researcher at Bayer HealthCare from March 2013 to March 2014. In 2015, Kolja Oeser joined Mediteo as a Product Management professional, where they worked until February 2017. Kolja then moved on to become a Product Manager at Pactum Securities GmbH in February 2017. Most recently, since January 2020, they have been serving as the Head of Innovation at Tari Agro-Ecology.

Kolja Oeser attended Technische Universität Berlin from 2008 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Biotechnology, specifically a Dipl.-Ing. degree. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including CS50x Computer Science from Harvard University, Data Science Math Skills from Duke University, Product School Masterclass: How to build digital products from Product School, and Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
