Peter Law

Peter Law is the General Counsel and Managing Director at PAG, where Peter leads a team of four lawyers supporting the legal functions and providing solutions to the Credit and Markets Strategy. Prior to joining PAG, Peter worked at Latham & Watkins as an Associate in the Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity Practice. Peter also worked at Clifford Chance as an Associate on private equity and other M&A transactions. Peter was seconded to Morgan Stanley's Legal Department, where Peter was responsible for M&A transactions and related legal issues. Peter holds an LLB/PCLL in Law from The University of Hong Kong, an LLM in Corporate/Corporate Governance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and is currently enrolled in the Executive Program at Harvard University Law School.
