Gordon Chow

Chief Operating Officer - North America at Palm Holdings

Gordon Chow has had a long and diverse career in the hospitality industry. Gordon started as the General Manager of Queen's Landing Inn in 1995 and then moved on to become the Managing Director of GLC & Associates in 1996. In 1999, they joined Canadian Niagara Hotels as Vice President, where they oversaw the operations of six hotels, including the well-known Sheraton on the Falls and Crowne Plaza. Gordon left Canadian Niagara Hotels in 2008 and took on the role of General Manager at the Hilton Hotel and Suites Toronto, where they received recognition for the hotel's restaurant. From 2010 to 2016, they served as Vice President/General Manager at Marriott Fallsview & Spa and Marriott on the Falls, managing a large property with extensive meeting space. Since 2017, Gordon has been with Palm Holdings, first as Vice President - Hotels, overseeing their properties in Canada and the US, and then as the Asset Director. Their most recent role at Palm Holdings is Chief Operating Officer for North America, a position they started in November 2022.

Gordon Chow attended Central Commerce for an unknown period of time. Gordon also attended the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta for a program called "Thinking for a Change". The duration of their time at these educational institutions is unknown.
