Dirk Janas

Dirk Janas is a highly experienced ecologist with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as Principal and Ecologist at Palmer since March 2015, Dirk has previously held positions as Senior Ecologist and Botanist at Beacon Environmental from June 2008 to February 2015, and as Senior Ecologist at Gartner Lee Limited from 2001 to 2008. Earlier in Dirk's career, a role as Terrestrial Ecologist at Ecological Services for Planning/ESG International from 1999 to 2002 provided foundational expertise. Dirk holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from the University of Guelph, earned between 1992 and 1997.
