Deb Hazen

Deb Hazen has extensive experience in instructional design, eLearning, and organizational development, currently serving on a contract with the National Institutes of Health at Paltech since March 2023. Previously, Deb held the position of Senior Manager for eLearning at The Risk Management Association from December 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included enhancing online learning solutions through collaboration with various experts. Deb has also provided consulting services to multiple organizations from 2017 to 2023, focusing on needs assessment and workplace performance improvement. Earlier roles include Professional Development Coordinator and Learning and Development Specialist at Philadelphia Independent Schools, as well as positions in organizational development at Friends Professional Education Network and human resources at The Franklin Mint and Presbyterian Children's Village. Deb’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, an MSEd in the Science of Instruction from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Temple University.
