John Pearson

John Pearson is a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Regional Finance Officer at Panattoni Development Company since March 2018, John has also held the positions of Senior Finance Manager and Capital Markets Associate within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Production Associate at Centennial Bank and various positions at WNC & Associates, including Fund Analyst II and Financial Analyst in Asset Management. Early career experience featured a role as Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at The Nicholson Group and a Real Estate Internship at Martin Luther King Economic Development Corporation. John Pearson holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the University of California, Irvine, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
