Dejphol Wittayaburananont

Dejphol Wittayaburananont currently serves as Director of Pre-Production, Innovation, and Product Development and Director of Manufacturing Excellence at Pandora since March 2014, leading teams in engineering solutions and process improvements to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Previously, Dejphol held the position of Senior Manager for Manufacturing Excellence, focusing on operational value chain enhancements and implementing effective communication and mentoring in lean and six sigma practices. Before joining Pandora, Dejphol was a Lean Sigma Facilitator at Chevron for a brief period in early 2014, concentrating on operational efficiency. Dejphol's career began at Dana Spicer Thailand as Assistant Manager of Process Engineering, where responsibilities included improving machining and assembly processes for driveshaft production. Dejphol holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok.
