Jake Elmets currently serves as the Administrative Manager at PANTHERA since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jake was a Butcher at Old World Provisions from December 2017 to March 2020 and worked as a Sous Chef at Canyon Ranch between May 2016 and June 2017. Jake began the culinary career as a pizzaiolo at Roberta's, where responsibilities included creating menu specials, prepping toppings, and managing various kitchen stations. Jake holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from Hampshire College, earned between 2004 and 2008.
