Maria C. Flores

Maria C. Flores has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Maria C. began their career as a Software Engineer at Mint Investment Management Company in 1996. Maria C. then moved to AT&T in 1997 as a Tech Lead, and then to Mint Investment Management Company in 1996 as a Software Engineer. In 1999, they became a Development Manager at TIAA-CREF. In 2008, they were the Director of Engineering - Platform Technology at Vettro, which was acquired by Antenna in 2008. In 2009, they were a Technical Program Manager, Consultant at CommonDesk, LLC and a Director, Product Management - Digital Publishing Platform at WebMD. In 2013, they became a Software Development Manager at Montefiore Information Technology. In 2015, they were a Technical Program Manager at OnDeck. In 2016, they were a Senior Technical Program Manager (Quidsi) at Amazon. Finally, in 2017, they became the Director, Technical Program Management at Paperless Post.

Maria C. Flores holds a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is a PhD candidate (ABD!) in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from the American Mensa, Scrum Alliance, and Project Management Institute, including American Mensa Member (2014), CSM (Certified Scrum Master) (2008), and Project Management Professional (PMP) (2008).
