Matthew Williams

Matthew Williams has extensive experience in business applications and IT support, currently serving as the Director of Business Applications at Parallel Wireless since February 2021, following roles as Manager of IT Platform Solutions and Senior Business Application Analyst. Prior to this, Matthew was an Enterprise Systems Analyst at Olympus Scientific Solutions Americas from 2012 to February 2021, where support included Netsuite ERP/CRM and other applications such as Infor Visual ERP, DocuSign, and Epicor. Earlier experience includes serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at VITEC Solutions for National Grid, and as Technology Director at Seven Hills Charter Public School, focusing on IT infrastructure. Matthew initiated a career in athletics as the Athletic Director at Harvard Medical School from 1999 to 2003. Educationally, Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Castleton University and furthered technical skills at Clark Computer Career Institute.
