Amanda Glacken is the division lead for product, marketing, communications, and digital at Parity Consulting. Amanda has over 17 years of experience in the IT recruitment industry.

Amanda started their career in recruitment with Candle ICT in 2001. Amanda was instrumental in starting up Balance Recruitment in 2007, where they focused on developing relationships with IT professionals and partnering with clients to recruit experienced IT professionals on both a permanent and contract basis.

Amanda has a strong network of IT professionals in various fields, including but not limited to network administration, support, systems administration, analyst programming, database administration, project management, and data warehousing. Amanda has successfully placed many candidates in top companies across Australia.

Amanda Glacken attended Challney Girls High School.
