Christopher Hessenius

Christopher Hessenius has extensive work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Christopher is currently working at PartnerRe as the Head of Strategy and Capability Development since May 2022. In this role, they focus on developing underwriting solutions and innovative approaches for life clients in the US.

Prior to their current position, Christopher worked at John Hancock for several years. Christopher held various roles, including Actuary, Head of Direct to Consumer Product Development & Pricing, where they were responsible for creating a customer-centric product portfolio. Christopher also led a team in managing product development for specialty life insurance products and establishing pricing frameworks.
