Pamela Thompson

Pamela Thompson's work experience includes serving as the SVP Human Resources at PartnerRe since 2018. Prior to that, they held various roles at Diageo from 2007 to 2017, including HR Director, Senior HR Director, and VP Resourcing. Pamela also worked as an HR Manager at GE from 1997 to 2007. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Consultant at Staffing Partners and as a Logistics Analyst at Tele-Consultants, Inc.

Pamela Thompson earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stonehill College from 1991 to 1995. Pamela later pursued a Masters degree in Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University between 2002 and 2004.
