Eric Fraser

Eric Fraser has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. From 1991 to 2021, Eric has worked for 11 different companies in various roles. In 1991, they began their career as an Application Developer for Accenture. Eric then moved to Orica in 1993, where they worked as a SAP Implementation Specialist. In 1996, they became the Director of Technology for eInnovate. In 1999, Eric took on two roles, Senior Technical Product Consultant for PeopleSoft and Senior Sales Engineer for Siebel Systems, at Oracle. In 2003, they moved to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as Senior Manager of Business Value Realization, then Strategic Accounts Presales Consulting. In 2013, Eric became Senior Solutions Consultant for Japan at ServiceMax. In 2016, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at Wurk. In 2018, they took on the role of Principal Solution Consultant at Altify. In 2020, Eric joined VantagePoint Performance as Chief Executive Officer, EVP of Strategy & Infrastructure, and VP of Customer Success. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Executive Vice President of Products, Chief of Staff & VP Revenue Ops and Enablement, and VP Sales Enablement at CULTURE PARTNERS.

Eric Fraser is currently enrolled at the University of Melbourne. Eric has also obtained several certifications, including The Chief of Staff Association Micro-Credentials in 2021, ServiceMax Administrator and Consultant in 2014, and Salesforce Administrator in 2013.
