Jackie Koh

Jackie manages the leadership development program for federal employees who work in HR, IT, and Acquisitions, as well programming within the partnership with the Department of Labor. Her experiences supporting and coordinating volunteers in direct service non-profit organizations showed her the daily challenges facing many Americans. She is passionate about the power of leadership development and employee engagement to make lasting change among the leaders of this country, and therefore for the public. Jackie’s favorite public servant is Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, who is a determined and steadfast representative for the people of Washington, DC, as well as an advocate for equal opportunities for all.
