Matt Haines

Matt Haines is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in enhancing operational maturity and streamlining processes across various organizations. Currently serving as COO at Main Street DBAs since December 2023, Matt oversees company operations to ensure service delivery meets high-quality standards and supports growth initiatives. Previously, as COO at Path Forward IT, Matt focused on operational excellence. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology at Drees Homes, where Matt provided leadership for IT operations, and IT Manager at INC Research, overseeing application systems development. Matt's career also includes experience as IT Project Manager at Comair Inc. and IS Support Manager at Drees Homes. Matt holds an MBA in Business Administration from Thomas More University and a BS in Computer Science from Northern Kentucky University.
