Alison Ha is the current Vice President at Pathfinder Bank. Alison has over 19 years of experience in the banking industry. Alison started their career as a Credit Analyst at Fleet Bank in July 2000. In January 2003, they became a Sr Credit Analyst at First Niagara Bank. In January 2005, they were promoted to AVP at HSBC Bank USA, NA. Alison left HSBC in May 2014 to become the Sr. Commercial Loan Officer at Visions Federal Credit Union. Alison held this position until January 2019 when they joined Pathfinder Bank as the Vice President.

Alison Ha has an MBA from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Union College.
