Cynthia Hendricks

Cynthia Hendricks is an experienced mental health professional with a strong background in counseling and supervision. Currently serving as Clinical Counselor Supervisor at Hearts And Minds Counseling since June 2024, Cynthia also holds the position of Mental Health Supervisor at Pathway Caring for Children since July 2021. Previous roles include School Based Mental Health Program Manager and Coordinator and Clinical Supervisor at CommQuest Services, Inc., as well as School Based Therapist at PCS- Pastoral Counseling Service Inc. and Child And Family Therapist at Pathway Caring for Children. Cynthia's earlier experience includes Child And Family Therapist roles and a Research Assistant position at the Summa Health System. Cynthia earned a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from The University of Akron and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mount Union.
