Sue Lingo

Mrs. Lingo joined Waterton in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Wellness. In this role, she is responsible for leading the company’s Wellness and Memory Support operations.

Prior to joining Waterton, Mrs. Lingo worked for/spent 8 years at Enlivant, the 11th largest Senior Living provider, where she was responsible for clinical operations, compliance, policy development, and clinical risk management. Prior to Enlivant, she worked at Emeritus Senior Living supporting the CCRC Division as the Senior Regional Director of Care Services. She has 25 years of experience in senior living and believes in Person-Centered Care and resident choice.

Mrs. Lingo holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Healthcare Administration from Columbia Southern University. She is a member of the Argentum Quality and Clinical Roundtable and holds a current Infection Prevention and Control (IPCO) certification.
