Paige Fitzgerald

Paige Fitzgerald currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Patreon, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Paige was General Manager of Marketplace Global Operations for Cash App and Afterpay at Block from July 2020 to January 2024, where leadership encompassed B2B product marketing, business development, and merchant services. Paige also held the position of Head of Commercial for Cash App, scaling its advertising and payments businesses. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Business Development Lead at Airbnb, GM of Ridehailing and Head of Business Development at Waymo, and various roles at Google and the U.S. Department of Energy. Educational credentials include an MBA and Master in Public Policy from Harvard, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
