Daniel Capaul is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across well-known companies. Currently serving as Procurement Optimisation Manager and Head of Procurement at Patties Foods Pty Ltd since December 2016, Daniel has previously held pivotal positions at Coles as Head of Sourcing for Store Operations & Merchandising, and at Fonterra as Procurement Manager for Australia. Earlier career highlights include serving as Strategic Sourcing Director and Procure to Pay Stream Lead at Lion Nathan National Foods, Procurement Manager at Berri, and Operations Manager at Creative Brands. Daniel's career began at Nestle S.A. as Logistics Manager. Academically, Daniel holds a BSC in Food Technology from RMIT University and has furthered education at Swinburne University of Technology.
