Andrea Goodall has a strong background in customer service and management. Andrea started their career as the Reservations Manager at Rainbow Holidays from September 1985 to August 1995. Andrea then went on to work at Ventura as the Call Centre Manager from 1998 to 2000. Andrea later joined Bradshaws Direct as the Customer Service Manager from December 2000 to December 2009. Finally, they worked at Pavers shoes as the Head of Customer Service starting from January 2009. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer journey and improving the quality of the overall experience. Andrea ensured that appropriate staff were available to provide the best service and handled difficult customer issues.
