Currently, at Pay Tel Communications, Inc., Carrie serves as the HR Director, managing various HR functions such as policy development, payroll administration, recruitment, training, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence programs. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
