Phoebe MacArthur

Phoebe Macarthur possesses a strong background in customer support and relations, currently serving as the Customer Support Team Leader and previously as a Customer Support Analyst at Payapps since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Relations Associate and Customer Service Sales Support at Intrepid Travel from June 2018 to March 2020, as well as a Travel Agent at Flight Centre Travel Group from April 2017 to June 2018. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Information Technology at La Trobe University, Phoebe also holds a Certificate III in Travel from Franklyn Scholar and a High School Diploma from St Margaret's AGS.
