Raphael Galli

Raphael Galli's work experience begins in 2011 as an Auxiliar de reposição at Solfarma Comércio de Produtos Farmacêuticos Ltda. Raphael then worked as an Analista de suporte at Big Sistemas from 2013 to 2014. From 2015 to 2021, Raphael held multiple roles at Linx, including Customer Success Executive, Customer Success Analyst, Analista de suporte Pleno II, and Analista de suporte Jr. Raphael is currently working at Payface as a Senior Customer Success Analyst since August 2021 and recently also took on the role of Client Relationship Coordinator starting in January 2023.

Raphael Galli completed their education in two separate institutions. From 2012 to 2016, they attended Unifafibe, where they earned a degree in Systems of Information, with a focus on Information Technology. Following this, from 2019 to 2021, they went to Senac Brasil and pursued a degree in Technology in Managerial Processes, specializing in People Management, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing.
