Illa Hamlette, MHRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PBMares, LLP, a major Certified Public Accounting and consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic region. With a wealth of experience in human resources, Illa previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Harbor Group Management Company, where a focus on strategic leadership and team member development was emphasized.
