Ian Ross

Ian is a Managing Director and a member of the IT Transformation practice at P&C Global. He has over 20 years of experience in the private sector with expertise in operations, technology, digital reinvention, M&A integration, and corporate performance improvement.

Ian began his career at SunGard Financial Systems, the largest enterprise software and outsourcing services provider to the global financial services industry (now a part of FIS — Fidelity Information Services), where he held the position of Senior Director and led the delivery of complex trading, treasury management, and risk management enterprise software solutions to some of the world’s largest investment banks and sovereign wealth funds. From there, Ian joined Oracle Corporation as a Vice President responsible for delivery of enterprise software, database, and other software technologies to global banks, credit card issuers, central banks, and insurance companies. During his tenure, he led the digital reinvention initiatives required to maximize clients’ returns. After Oracle, Ian joined Triple Five Group where he led the integration efforts associated with two major, multi-industry acquisitions.

In his advisory career at P&C Global, Ian works with clients across all industries to create and implement award-winning M&A integration, digital reinvention, IT transformation, performance improvement, and organizational agility initiatives.
