Anjali Gupta

Anjali Gupta, MD, currently serves as the Medical Director of Nephrology at Strive Health, where oversight of comprehensive chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD) programs is essential. At PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Anjali Gupta provides extensive clinical care for patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and post-transplant management. Previous experience includes establishing a successful nephrology practice at CHI Mercy Health and serving as a Transplant Nephrologist and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Montefiore Health System and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, respectively. Anjali Gupta's educational background includes fellowships in Transplant Nephrology and Nephrology, along with an Internal Medicine residency and an MBBS degree from Maulana Azad Medical College.
