Timothy Ratliff

Timothy Ratliff has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Timothy began their career at Morgan Stanley in 2001, where they held various positions including Senior Manager. In this role, they were responsible for a $4B closed-end Opportunistic International Real Estate Fund, including investor reporting and quarterly GAAP financial statements. Timothy also supervised the development and implementation of a proprietary system used for all investor calculations for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate platform.

In 2012, Timothy left Morgan Stanley to join State Street, where they held various positions including VP, Fund Accounting. In this role, they were responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Peachtree Hotel Group's real estate investment funds.

Timothy currently serves as VP, Fund Accounting at Peachtree Hotel Group. In this role, they are responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the company's real estate investment funds.

They work with Coco Rich - Regional Controller, Denisse Carretero - Accounting Manager, and Jenni Knock - Regional Controller. Timothy Ratliff reports to Jatin Desai, Managing Principal, CIO & CFO.
