Michael Cai

Michael Cai is a Senior Software Engineer at PeakMetrics, focusing on the Data Platform team since July 2022. Michael has extensive experience in architecting and maintaining data pipelines that integrate machine learning models and large language models for analyzing vast amounts of news and social media data. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft in Azure Cloud Security, developing security tools for monitoring significant security events across server infrastructures. Michael's earlier positions include software engineering roles at PeakMetrics, an ML Engineering internship at UnifyID, and a software engineering internship at Boston Scientific, where Michael developed tools and applications for data analysis and testing. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
