Luis Eguia is an experienced logistics and operations manager with a diverse background in food processing and production management. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at JELD-WEN, Inc. since May 2017, and as Second Shift Operations Manager at Pecan Deluxe Candy Company since November 2013, Eguia effectively applies Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery and lean Sigma methodologies to optimize production and distribution processes.
