Christi Osburn

Christi Osburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in vendor management, procurement, and purchasing within PEMCO since June 1992. Currently serving as the Vendor Management Program Manager, Christi oversees the implementation and management of PEMCO's Vendor Management Program, focusing on service excellence, risk mitigation, and cost control. Previous roles included Procurement Analyst, where Christi led initiatives for efficiency and cost savings, and Purchasing Agent & Vendor Services Representative, where Christi coordinated vendor management processes and contributed to the successful implementation of the PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay system. Christi also served as a Girls Basketball Coach for the Edmonds School District from January 2004 to April 2012, fostering teamwork and life skills among young athletes. Christi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from Washington State University, obtained in 2006.
