Pandian Leela has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Executive at PENA4 TECH SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD. since May 2019, focusing on various HR activities. Previously, in the role of Human Resource Executive at TEKWISSEN ® from January 2018 to March 2019, Pandian managed all HR functions including recruitment, employee benefits coordination, and training strategy development.
