Michelle Bult

Michelle Bult currently serves as the NDIS and Disability Manager at Peninsula Health since September 2020, overseeing the NDIS Children, Adult, Support Coordination, Support Services, and Disability Services Teams. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Health Engagement Lead at Summer Foundation Ltd from June 2019 to September 2020, where responsibilities included fostering relationships with local health networks to enhance capacities within the NDIS and health interface. Michelle also held various positions at Peninsula Health from August 2009 to June 2019, including NDIS Project Lead and Senior Clinician, focusing on preparing inpatient services for NDIS readiness and providing leadership in allied health clinical services. Earlier experience includes serving as the Advance Care Planning Resource Lead at The Royal Melbourne Hospital & NorthWestern Mental Health and as a Social Worker at Waitematā District Health Board. Michelle holds a Masters of Management in Health Care Administration from Massey University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Social Work from the University of Canterbury.
