Timothy I. Henkel

Timothy Henkel has a comprehensive background in the real estate industry, with experience spanning over two decades. Timothy started their career at PMK Group as a Project Manager before transitioning to Pennrose Properties, LLC, where Timothy held the title of Partner/Senior Vice President for almost two decades. Currently, Timothy serves as the President at Pennrose starting from August 2017. Timothy holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
