Alyssa Davis

Alyssa Davis is an experienced operations and manufacturing professional with a solid background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Pentair since June 2020, Alyssa has previously held roles as Senior Operations Supervisor and Lean Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Manufacturing Engineer at Weir Minerals, where responsibilities included CNC programming and process improvement, and as a Process Engineering Intern at SSI Technologies, focusing on standardization and documentation for machining operations. Alyssa also gained early experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Weir Minerals and in customer service at Frank Boucher. Alyssa holds a Master of Science in Integrated Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
