After that, they worked as an Executive Assistant at the Jamaican Embassy in Colombia, where they coordinated meetings and events, managed bilateral agreements, and prepared documents.

In 2015, Jessika joined Forum Fitness Club in New Jersey as a Program Administrator, where they managed payroll, conducted training, and processed billing inquiries. Then, they transitioned to Sell2World-Staffing as a Business Development Manager and IT Recruiter, where they coordinated marketing and operations, performed recruitment support, and acquired new clients.

Jessika's most recent experience has been at People10 Technologies Inc., where they have held multiple roles. Starting as a US Operations Manager, they were responsible for full-stack product development and crafting custom solutions using new technologies. Jessika M then progressed to the role of Senior Operations Manager and most recently, Associate Director of US Operations.
