Poonam Kaundal

Poonam Kaundal is a skilled software development engineer and quality assurance professional with significant experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Software Development Engineer Test Lead at peopleHum since May 2021, Poonam focuses on manual and automation testing, utilizing tools such as Jira, Selenium, and TestNG to ensure the quality of employee management platform features. Prior to this role, Poonam worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at COVIAM and held multiple positions at IBM from January 2015 to May 2019, including Software Test Engineer, where responsibilities included regression and integration testing for AIX releases, and an internship focused on automation tools and analytics using IBM’s Watson technologies. Poonam holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
