Emma Dawson

Emma Dawson is currently an advisor at PeopleTech Partners. Prior to that, they were with Continuum, Rippleworks, Coinbase, Affirm, Inc., Dropbox, and LinkedIn. Emma has been in the field of talent development and management for over 9 years. Emma has a wealth of experience in developing and managing talent across various industries.

Emma Dawson has a MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and is qualified in Occupational Psychology through the British Psychological Society (BPS). Emma also has a MCom in Organizational Change and Innovation from The University of Auckland, and a BA/BCom in Psychology and Employment Relations from The University of Auckland. Emma is also certified through the International Coaching Federation as an ICF Member.
