Vivek Shah has been working in the IT industry since 2010. Vivek began their career as a System Maintenance Engineer at Karnavati Computer Services, where they were responsible for developing new computer systems and troubleshooting existing systems. In 2012, they moved to MOTIF INDIA INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, where they provided email and chat support to international members. In 2017, they joined PeopleTree Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Support Specialist, where they provided web chat support to US customers and created Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to save order processing time. In 2018, they joined Delhivery as a Client Servicing and Medusind as a Sr. Client Support Executive. Currently, they are working at PeopleTree Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Process Lead and Support Team Lead.
Vivek Shah obtained a Bachelor in Computer and IT Engineering from Earthinators Climate School between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Technical Examination Board between 2006 and 2010. Vivek also has a certification in Networking Foundations: Network Media (LANs) from LinkedIn, which they obtained in July 2018.
