Craig Chapman

Craig Chapman has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Craig is currently the Head of Risk (Asset Finance) at Pepper Money ANZ. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Asset Finance Credit & Settlements. At Greater Bank, Craig held various leadership roles, including Head of Lending Services, where they successfully managed a business unit with 70+ employees and delivered loan fulfillment for various types of loans. Craig also acted as the Head of Customer Support Services and Manager of Lending Services. Earlier in their career, Craig worked at Perpetual Limited as the General Manager Operations, National Operations Manager, and Senior Manager Operations. At St George Bank, they served as the State Leader of Victorian Operations, Executive Manager of Mortgage Processing Operations, and NSW State Manager.

Craig Chapman obtained a Diploma in Credit Management from the Australian College of Commerce & Management in 2013-2014. Craig also earned a Certificate IV in Project Management from Planpower in 2002-2003. In addition to their education, in July 2020, they obtained certification as a Justice of the Peace from the Department of Justice NSW.
