Robyn Francis FCPHR

Robyn Francis FCPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. In 1992, they started at Webcom Pty Ltd as an HR Officer and stayed with the company until 2003. From 2004 to 2005, they worked at Pfizer as a Project Manager in Learning and Development. In 2005, they joined NSW Health - Area Health Services as a Health Services Manager. Robyn then moved on to Hanson Australia in 2006, where they worked as an HR Advisor until 2007. From 2007 to 2017, Robyn worked at Perfection Fresh Australia, first as a Group HR Manager and later as an Ethical Sourcing Manager. In these roles, they focused on HR risk and compliance, corporate social responsibility, human rights, and ethical sourcing practices.

Robyn Francis FCPHR has a Bachelor's Degree in Arts (Commerce) from The University of Queensland. In 2017, they obtained their Certified Practitioner Human Resources certification from the Australian HR Institute, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services. Additionally, in November 2017, they achieved the CPHR (Certified Professional Human Resources) certification through The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). In June 2019, they obtained a certification from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
