Alexandra L. is a founding principal at ARRAY, an independent consultancy focused on empowering founders and leaders to grow their companies on their own terms since 2018. As a co-founder of Art and Rigor Productions since 2024, Alexandra contributes to the creation of documentary films. Additionally, Alexandra serves as a strategic partnerships advisor for Performance Paradigm LLC, focusing on enhancing organizational culture and workforce engagement. Advisory roles include being a strategic advisor at One Huddle, a mentor at Unreasonable and Raise for Good, and a strategic advisor for Chorus Sleep and Aviro Health. Previously, Alexandra held the position of SVP, Culture at SISTER and was the head of growth at Redscout. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Wellesley College and studied International History and Politics at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
