Ben Hastings

Ben Hastings has over 15 years of experience in business development and sales. Ben began their career in 2003 as a consultant at AMTI, where they facilitated and led the development of Master Scenario events list for the TOPOFF 2-3 exercises at DHS. In 2005, they joined Touchstone Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for business development within the DoD/Intel business unit and managed client relationships beginning to end. In 2007, they became Federal Account Executive at MicroStrategy, where they managed all sales for one of the largest Federal accounts and developed mature sales processes within the Federal team. In 2008, they joined Decision Lens as the Director of Government Sales, where they personally closed over 9M dollars in software sales in a five year period and formed and shaped the business strategy, process development, team growth, and overall company culture. In 2013, they founded Get Grow Inc and became President, where they have over a decade of high growth success working for companies that need to establish and expand their Federal practice. Ben also became CEO of PerformYard, powerful and simple performance management software.

Ben Hastings attended Liberty University, where they earned a degree in Government with a focus in Economics/Policy/Political Science.
