Peter Strimaitis

Pete is an accomplished operating executive with more than 30 years executive experience leading global teams across Diagnostic Imaging, Healthcare IT, Life Sciences and Consumer Goods industries. He brings a broad, general management background spanning Services, Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations roles in both domestic and global markets. Prior to joining Uprise Health in November 2021, Pete was the Chief Operating Officer for Alpha Source Group, a healthcare technology services company. He led company-wide Operations, Service & Support, Supply Chain, Facilities, Sales, and Parts distribution businesses for the company, in addition to heading up the Medical Optics division. From 2014-2019, Pete served as Vice President & General Manager of Thermo Fisher Scientific’s North America and LATAM Service, Support, and Sales organizations for five years, where he was instrumental in driving revenue growth, EBITDA, strategic planning, and M&A due diligence & integration operations. Prior to his time with Thermo Fisher, Pete built a successful, 17-year career with GE Healthcare in a variety of executive operating and commercial roles, including Vice President & General Manager of the $600M GE Healthcare IT Service and Support division. Pete’s focus on streamlining operating processes, delivering top line revenue and EBITDA expansion, and commitment in developing high performing leaders has proven successful in a variety of industries and business environments.

Pete holds a Masters, Business Administration from Marquette University, and a dual bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Business Management from Lewis University. He has also held board positions with W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
