Mark Duff

Mark Duff is the President and CEO of Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc., a position held since September 2017 after joining the company in 2016. Mark has a diverse background in environmental management, having previously served as the Director of Environmental Management at Chicago Bridge & Iron Company, where oversight included a team of around 300 staff. Prior project management roles at LATA Environmental Services of Kentucky focused on multimillion-dollar contracts with the Department of Energy, while experience at Babcock & Wilcox involved the Fukushima Daiichi Reactor Recovery Program. Earlier, Mark held significant leadership roles at Safety and Ecology Corporation and SAIC, managing large teams and multiple environmental programs for various federal clients. Mark’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS from The University of Alabama.
