Roberto Grimaldi

Roberto Grimaldi is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in customer success, digital marketing, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Persado since May 2017, Roberto is responsible for enhancing customer adoption and generating agreed-upon return on investment (ROI). Previously held roles at Persado included Senior Program Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating teams to optimize customer campaigns and manage diverse projects with significant financial implications. Prior to joining Persado, Roberto worked at Innowatio SpA as Data Analytics & Innovation Manager, and at QVC Italia as Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager within the Global IT organization. Early career experience includes roles at Oracle as a Business Intelligence & DWH consultant.
